As a Senior Product Executive, AIS & IV Safety at B. Braun you will play a vital role in executing & strategizing marketing initiatives, product training, and relationship management to achieve market share, profitability, and strategic objectives.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Manage the elements of the marketing mix for the designated and defined range of products to achieve the company’s market share, profitability and strategic objectives in Malaysia.
  • Develop, implement and evaluate marketing plan(s) and strategies for existing and new products to achieve the sales and profit objectives of the portfolio.
  • Monitors and analyse competitor products and marketing activities. For key competitors, develop and maintain the competitor profiles. Develop counter strategy in-line with marketing plan and implement accordingly.
  • Identify product training needs and develop products and/or activities to address these needs to groups or individuals. Develop, maintain and improve training materials for internal product training, as well as conduct product training for B. Braun employees in all aspects of product knowledge.
  • Conduct routine product competency assessment to relevant critical roles, including Product Application Specialists, Sales Representatives, Area Sales Managers and Therapy Specialists. Document the progress according to company processes.
  • Identify and develop positive relationships with Key Opinion Leaders through regular interaction and customer visits, and support the sales and education team with in-service education for customers when required.
  • Support sales activities within key hospitals as per agreed sales and marketing strategies, and provide leadership and marketing direction to the sales team in sales activities and projects as agreed and established with Sales Management.
What you will bring to the team:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, science or related field.
  • Min 2 - 3 years of product management in medical device field / healthcare industry experience.
  • Open to considering sales / product specialists with strong interest to move into a marketing role, with strong business acument.
  • Knowledge in digital landscape and processes within the hospital setting, understanding of hospital information system (HIS) or ICU setup would be added advantage.
  • Excellent project and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
