Job Description

  1. Statutory Compliance & Licensing: Coordinate and submit payments for annual renewals (Mall Business License, MRCA, PPK memberships, and Cukai Petak).
  2. Financial Security: Oversee the TNB annual Bank Guarantee in coordination with the Operations team.
  3. Governance: Ensure strict application and compliance of internal controls and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  4. HR Lifecycle: Manage the full onboarding process for new hires and exit clearance for resigning employees to ensure security and payroll accuracy.
  5. Petty Cash Management: Maintain and reconcile petty cash to ensure transparency and fund availability.
  6. Personnel Tracking: Update staff daily attendance records accurately.
  7. Reception & Access: Manage reception duties (on shift) and coordinate with vendors/IT for CCTV, door access, and internet stability.
  8. Internal Logistics: Handle meeting room bookings, Gdex courier arrangements, and name card orders.
  9. Procurement: Monitor and replenish pantry stocks and office stationery; ensure general office cleanliness.
  10. Staff Welfare: Organize office group meetings, team lunches, and general staff welfare initiatives.
  11. Tenant Relations: Coordinate flower arrangements for new tenant openings to maintain professional mall-tenant relationships.
  12. Administrative Support: Manage mall letterboxes and general HR/IT administrative coordination.
  13. Ad-hoc Duties: Carry out any other assignments as instructed by Management.

Job Requirements :
  1. Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  2. Minimum 1 year of working experience in administrative or related roles.
  3. Willing and able to travel when required.
  4. Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.
