The challenge is to:

  • Work closely with Yuu team to plan and execute CRM strategies and loyalty programmes that align with company’s direction for member acquisition, retention and customer lifetime value.
  • Execute CRM activations and customer promotions independently accordingly to the CRM plan developed, and communicating that in various channels including ATL, instore and member communication channels
  • Work closely with the marketing team to leverage CRM for campaign execution, A/B testing, and ROI measurement, enhance customer acquisition and retention.
  • Monitor KPIs and evaluation on CRM activations and promotion performance to optimize spend & performance for continuous improvement.
  • Analyse CRM data to generate actionable insights, track key metrics and inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and strategic partners to establish clear objectives, KPIs, and targets for promotional campaigns and projects.
  • Drive adaption of new CRM technologies and best practices
Do you have experience in the FMCG industry?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in CRM
  • Experience in retail, ecommerce, FMCG or CRM agency is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools and business intelligence platforms
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • A team player, detail-minded, independent with strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with strong sales drive
