Accountability Statement/Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated, tech-savvy, and enthusiastic intern to join our Human Resources team. This 3-month internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic HR operations, HR technology, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner, detail-oriented, and eager to drive meaningful projects.

As an HR Intern, you will work closely with our management team to modernize our HR delivery, align our policies, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities include but not limited to;

Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Alignment:

  • Assist the HR team in accelerating updates and changes to current employee benefits policies.
  • Conduct reviews and comparisons to ensure all local benefits policies are strictly aligned with the latest Regional Office (RO) policy updates.
HR Technology & Innovation:
  • Spearhead the initial setup, configuration, and testing of an internal HR Chatbot.
  • Train the chatbot to handle standard inquiries regarding recruitment processes, onboarding, and general HR policies to improve employee self-service.
Employee Engagement & HR Activities:
  • Support the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of upcoming company-wide activities.
  • Key upcoming projects include: POA2, the Annual Employee Health Screening, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
Required requisites:
  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Tech-Savvy: Strong interest in HR tech; previous exposure to chatbots, workflow automation, or basic system setups is highly advantageous.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
  • Communication: Excellent written and spoken English proficiency is a must for policy drafting and chatbot scripting.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset to interpret complex policy data and ensure accurate RO alignment.
  • Work Ethic: Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks concurrently, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Team Fit: Good presentation skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong team player.
  • Able to job multi tasks and meet strict deadlines as required.
