Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Internship role for Medical Records at Asia OneHealthcare, located in Bandar Klang. The intern will assist in organizing and maintaining medical records, applying health information management practices, and ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of patient records. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and retrieving medical documents, assisting the medical team, and providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare staff.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology and basic understanding of Medicine
  • Familiarity with Health Information Management and Medical Records systems
  • Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to interact professionally with patients and healthcare staff
  • Attention to detail, organizational capabilities, and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Pursuing or recently completed education in a related field such as Health Information Technology or a healthcare discipline
  • Proficiency in basic office applications and ability to learn software relevant to medical records management
