4. Communication & Decision-Making
  • Present sprint findings and prototype outcomes to internal teams, translating technical insights into business value.
  • Share updates and documentation consistently through daily stand-ups.
  • Make timely, data-informed decisions that balance technical feasibility with business priorities.
Skills & Experience Required

  • A working understanding of Generative AI concepts such as large language models, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and AI agents.
  • Hands-on or applied exposure to at least one Microsoft AI tool. Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, the Microsoft Agent Framework, or similar.
  • Familiarity with source control (Git or Azure DevOps), and basic exposure to Power Platform or Dataverse.
  • An active interest in following Microsoft's AI release cadence and translating new capabilities into business ideas.
  • Familiarity with MVP techniques and the product development lifecycle.
  • Relevant experience in a client-facing or consulting role preferred.
  • Knowledge of at least some of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform would be an advantage.
  • Background or interest in the automotive, equipment, or fleet industries is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Additional Qualities
  • Innovative and forward-thinking, with a natural curiosity for emerging technologies.
  • Adaptable and eager to explore new tools and processes that enhance innovation.
