  • Managing and mitigating issues and risks throughout the project life-cycle, while expertly balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks through formal change management mechanisms
  • Implementing and maintaining comprehensive project work plans, governance structures, and monitoring mechanisms to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes
  • Ensuring accurate development and traceability of project requirements, fostering an environment of continuous improvement
  • Nurturing client relationships, communicating updates and securing buy-in, effectively representing Avanade in governance meetings
  • Overseeing Avanade and subcontractor staff assigned to the project, guiding their performance and growth
  • Determining project approach, staffing, responsibilities, and schedules, and ensuring effective training and resource utilization
  • Assisting in the sales process by providing work effort and expense estimates using Avanade's standard tools
  • Across Regional Project Implementation, preferably across Southeast Asia
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technology-related field will be advantageous. We value a combination of hands-on expertise and educational background to achieve excellence in our projects.
  • 10+ Years of total working experiences
  • Experienced in Technology Project Implementation across Regional scope, more than 3-5 countries
  • Would be great if you have recent experiences in Banking/Financial Services Industry in Malaysia Clientele
  • Profound understanding of contract terms and interpretation, coupled with excellent customer expectations management skills
  • Proven experience employing key Project/Program Management disciplines, such as estimating, work planning, contract management, and scope management
  • Proficiency in project management methods, tools, and techniques, complemented by a working knowledge of Microsoft platform technologies and In-depth expertise in Microsoft Project and Team Foundation Server (TFS), enabling precise project tracking and control
  • Good knowledge of Earned Value reporting to ensure project financial performance
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a self-directed ability to thrive in an unstructured environment and drive positive change
  • Customer-oriented attitude and outstanding interpersonal skills, along with strong people management abilities to lead and mentor team members
  • Would be great if you have, Project Management Institute (PMI) PMP certification & Relevant Microsoft Projects within CRM, ERP
