Job Description
ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
You will manage the downstream operations, focusing on the interface between Malaysia warehouses (internal and external) and Customer Service to ensure seamless delivery execution.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Operational Execution & Dispatch Planning
- Manage daily order processing for dispatch planning to meet customers request date
- Maintain Work Order (WO) processing and ensure accurate scheduling
- Coordinate WIP transfer between plants or external warehouses to the Distribution Centre
- Coordinate delivery from Third Party warehouse to customers on time
- Dropshipment coordination to ensure orders and shipping documents are accurate and ready on time.

Delivery Monitoring & Backorder Management
- Monitor and track the delivery schedule - identify and flag out potential delays
- Perform backorder tracking, including the maintenance of reason codes and the development of proactive action plans
- Manage and report on customers’ backlog to maintain service transparency
- Tracking goods return with transporter

Cross-functional Coordination
- Coordinate Scheduled Shipment Dates (SSD) between Customer Service (CS) and the Inventory Specialist Team
- Work closely with National Leaders in a hybrid model to ensure alignment across both national and regional fulfillment functions.

Reporting & Performance Analytics
- Generate & analyze Dispatch Reports to track operational efficiency
- Develop and maintain Customer Service scorecards and Customers Indent Shipment Reports
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a Supply Chain Planning or Customer Service function
- Detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills to work with all levels.
