Job Description

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

You will manage the downstream operations, focusing on the interface between Malaysia warehouses (internal and external) and Customer Service to ensure seamless delivery execution.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  1. Operational Execution & Dispatch Planning
    • Manage daily order processing for dispatch planning to meet customers request date
    • Maintain Work Order (WO) processing and ensure accurate scheduling
    • Coordinate WIP transfer between plants or external warehouses to the Distribution Centre
    • Coordinate delivery from Third Party warehouse to customers on time
    • Dropshipment coordination to ensure orders and shipping documents are accurate and ready on time.
  2. Delivery Monitoring & Backorder Management
    • Monitor and track the delivery schedule - identify and flag out potential delays
    • Perform backorder tracking, including the maintenance of reason codes and the development of proactive action plans
    • Manage and report on customers’ backlog to maintain service transparency
    • Tracking goods return with transporter
  3. Cross-functional Coordination
    • Coordinate Scheduled Shipment Dates (SSD) between Customer Service (CS) and the Inventory Specialist Team
    • Work closely with National Leaders in a hybrid model to ensure alignment across both national and regional fulfillment functions.
  4. Reporting & Performance Analytics
    • Generate & analyze Dispatch Reports to track operational efficiency
    • Develop and maintain Customer Service scorecards and Customers Indent Shipment Reports
Qualifications WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in a Supply Chain Planning or Customer Service function
  • Detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills to work with all levels.
  • Self-initiated and able to work effectively to meet the deadlines
  • Good team player and service-minded
