Missions

  • Project execution of PFD, HMB, Equipment data specification.
  • Design of Heat Exchangers using HTRI.
  • Preparation of process and Utility P&ID’s.
  • Preparation of process instrument data sheets.
  • Preparation of Equipment List, Line List, Safe chart, Cause and Effect Chart, Utility Balance, Sizing Pressure Relief Valves using API standards, Line Sizing and Pressure Drop Calculations, Hydraulic Calculation, Flare Load Calculation, Blow Down Calculation.
  • Participation in HAZOP Study and Hazop Close Outs.
  • Preparation of pre-commissioning, commissioning procedure and operating manual taking into consideration project Quality & HSE risks.
  • Preparation of technical proposal, inquiry for sub vendors and cost estimation.
Knowledge And Required Level
  • Experience and knowledge of process activities in Oil & Gas industry within proposals, studies, projects execution & operations.
  • Experience in basic design and/ or detailed design, using usual simulation software such as Hysis, PROII.
  • Familiar with applicable codes, standards, specifications and regulations in O&G industry.
  • Senior Process Engineer will support Process Manager during proposal stage and to execute new projects development.
  • Experience working in project team.
  • Skill to work in stringent environment requiring organization, rigors and reactivity.
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience.
