Sales & Marketing Assistant (Remote)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Assistant to assist with our marketing & sales effort, driving the development and execution of integrated strategies. The ideal candidate will be versatile and results-oriented professional with experience in both marketing and sales.

Responsibilities :

  1. Collaborating with the sales team to develop and improve current sales campaigns.
  2. Identify, propose new channels and develop new/improving existing channel marketing strategies and implement marketing plans.
  3. Design, develop and execute a robust outbound lead generation strategy to expand the company's customer base and establish a strong market presence.
  4. Conduct thorough research to identify potential B2B/B2C leads, leveraging various sources including online research, industry events, social media, and networking.
  5. Utilize advanced tools and platforms to maximize outreach efficiency, track results, and streamline lead generation efforts.
  6. Regularly monitor competitor's official sites and create competitor’s analysis report.
  7. Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager/Team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads for further engagement and a smooth transition from lead to customer, facilitating successful sales conversions.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and activities.
  9. Conduct market research, analyze and identify the latest trends/technologies in order to stay abreast of the industry trends.
  10. Align marketing and sales efforts to optimize lead generation, conversion, and customer retention.
  11. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  12. Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and implement improvements as needed.
  13. Stay abreast of the current marketing trends and recommend innovative strategies to drive physical engagement and lead generation.

Requirements :
  1. Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing & Business, Communications or related field.
  2. Two (2) years of lead generation experience within the B2B/B2C environment, with a focus on outbound prospecting
  3. Prior experience demonstrating ownership and initiative in taking charge of lead qualification and nurturing processes.
  4. Results-oriented mindset with the drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
  6. Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  7. Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of marketing and sales trends.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
