Your Key Responsibilities

  • Perform assigned duties and job functions such as making appointments, visiting customers and follow up on order.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless operations, including regular meetings with sales, customers, logistics, and warehouse teams.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound communication.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, follow up on leads, and understand their needs.
  • Explain and demonstrate product features while staying updated on competitors' offerings.
  • Upsell products and meet assigned sales targets.
  • Take on additional duties as assigned by management.
What We’re Looking For
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and hands-on.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
