The Opportunity

For a leading service provider supporting a global digital products brand, we are seeking a Retail Sales Executive to work in a branded retail store environment. In this role, you will share your expertise in lifestyle, latest trends, and personal experiences with customers, either up front or behind the scenes. The position focuses on promoting and selling digital products, building long-term customer relationships, and converting store visitors into loyal customers.

What Will You Do?

  • Stay updated on industry trends and digital product knowledge to address customers' concerns accurately and comprehensively.
  • Promote and sell digital products to potential customers through in-person channels, online platforms, and structured phone calls.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business, ongoing engagement, and consistent referrals.
  • Achieve sales targets and meet or exceed set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as defined.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and objections professionally and promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and issue resolution.

Job Details

  • Location: The Exchange TRX
  • Working Schedule: 5 days per week (on shift basis)
  • Compensation: Basic Salary + Allowances + KPI + High Commission Payout
  • Language: Mandarin-speaking skills is an added advantage
