About the role

BA UTILITIES SDN. BHD. is seeking motivated and talented individuals to join our team as interns in the areas of Human Resources, Finance, and Administration. This is a fantastic opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain valuable hands-on experience and develop their skills within a dynamic and growing organisation. The successful candidates will be based in Plaza IBM Bandar Utama, Selangor and will have the opportunity to work in a full-time capacity.

Jobs Responsibilities:

  1. Assisting with various HR tasks, such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and training and development
  2. Supporting the finance team with accounting.
  3. Performing administrative duties, including data entry, file management, and general office support.
  4. Assist the department of where the intern is attached to on task set out by the team.
  5. Working closely with the department team members to complete any given task or assignments.
Jobs Requirements:
  • Students / Final year students of at least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Accountancy, Finance, or any others related field at recognized higher learning institutions.
  • Computer literate - Microsoft office applications (Excel, words).
  • Students with a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of at least 3.00 or its equivalent.
  • Those willing to commit to a minimum internship period of 12 weeks or more.
  • A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks.
  • Eligible only for Malaysian students.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Plaza IBM ,Bandar Utama Petaling Jaya .(Close to Bandar Utama MRT station)
