Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the regional sales strategy for the Industrial Solutions business, aligned with global priorities.
  • Lead, develop, and motivate a senior sales team across multiple countries.
  • Deliver sustainable revenue growth, margin improvement, and market share expansion.
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts, consultants, EPCs, and strategic partners.
  • Identify and develop new market opportunities in energy transition, data centres, advanced manufacturing, and high-purity applications.
  • Work closely with marketing, application engineering, and operations to ensure customer-centric solutions.
  • Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Head of Sales / Sales Director role within industrial, engineered, or technical solutions.
  • Strong exposure to Oil & Gas, Energy, Data Centres, HVAC, Building Services, EMS, Semiconductors, and Manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, project-based sales cycles.
  • Track record of leading regional or multi-country teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a strategic, growth-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable operating in a matrixed, global organisation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Willingness to travel.
