岗位职责:

l 负责海外游戏及其相关组件的的发布变更、故障响应等日常运维操作类工作 l 负责海外游戏业务的运行状况监控,及时处理游戏运行中出现的各类告警和故障,保障网络游戏服务的正常提供;

l 负责协助海外游戏监控体系的维护和建设 l 理解游戏架构,分析,评估和应对潜在风险,如:故障隐患,性能瓶颈 l 负责海外技术运营环节的各类日常沟通协调工作

岗位要求:

l 本科以上学历,计算机软件或相关专业

· 熟练掌握至少一家主流云服务(如 阿里云、腾讯云、华为云、AWS、Azure、谷歌云 中的一种或多种)优先。

· 具备云资源的日常管理、运维、监控、成本优化及安全配置经验优先。

· 熟练使用Bash、Python、sql等脚本语言编程。

· 有中英双语能力。

· 具有良好的英文沟通能力、学习能力、问题分析与解决能力。

· 具有高度的责任心和团队合作精神。

DevOps Engineer / Jr. Site Reliability Engineer(Tech Ops)

Job Description

· Responsible for deployment, change, issues triage and infra management of overseas games and relevant components and system, such as game monitor system, login services.

· Responsible for monitoring and dashboarding for game observability, and ensure the game is reliable, scalable and secure

· Understand the game architecture, analyze, evaluate and respond to potential risks, sush as: Hidden troubles , performance bottlenecks,

· Responsible for daily communication and coordination between various teams

Job Requirements & Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

· Cloud Proficiency: Proficiency in at least one major cloud service provider (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, or Huawei Cloud). Experience with multiple providers is a plus. (optional)

· Cloud Operations: Prior experience in cloud resource management, O&M (Operations & Maintenance), monitoring, cost optimization, and security configuration is a plus.(optional)

· Scripting & Programming: Proficient in scripting and programming languages such as Bash, Python, and SQL.

· Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English.

· Communication & Soft Skills: Excellent English communication skills, a strong ability to learn, and proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

· Professionalism: A high sense of responsibility and a collaborative teamwork spirit.
