Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Clerk at BMW Wheelcorp Premium, located in Klang. The Administrative Clerk will perform a range of daily administrative and clerical duties, such as maintaining records, managing schedules, and coordinating with internal teams. Responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, managing correspondence, and assisting executives with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills with the ability to organize, manage records, and handle office tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Communication, including managing inbound and outbound calls and relaying messages clearly and professionally.
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, providing high-level support to management and handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of computer operations, including familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous experience in an automotive or related industry is an advantage.
