Admin Associate (Secretary)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the company secretary in preparing resolutions, minutes, and statutory documents in compliance with Companies Act and SSM regulations.
  • Maintain and update statutory records and ensure timely submission of necessary forms and returns to SSM.
  • Liaise with clients, auditors, and regulatory authorities professionally.
  • Perform general administrative duties including document filing, data entry, and correspondence handling.
  • Support the team in managing timelines and client deadlines efficiently.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least 1 year of working experience in a corporate secretarial firm or relevant field. Fresh graduates in Corporate Administration, Law, or Business-related studies are encouraged to apply.
  • Good command of Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients), English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel).
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to multitask.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a positive, proactive attitude.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

  • 精通普通话(以便与中文客户沟通)、英语和马来语。
