About the role

We are seeking an experienced Nurse to join our team at Hi Baby Confinement Center in Melaka. As a Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to new mothers and their babies during the critical confinement period. This is a full-time role that offers a supportive and nurturing work environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing comprehensive nursing care to new mothers and their infants, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with breastfeeding and newborn care
  2. Educating and supporting new mothers on postpartum care, baby care, and the importance of rest and recovery during the confinement period
  3. Collaborating with the medical team to ensure the well-being of both mother and child
  4. Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records
  5. Adhering to all relevant healthcare regulations and protocols
  6. Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
What we're looking for
  1. A registered nurse with a valid practicing certificate
  2. At least 1 years of experience in a similar nursing role, preferably in a confinement center or maternal and child health setting
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide compassionate and empathetic care to new mothers
  4. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to handle a variety of nursing situations
  5. A genuine passion for maternal and child health, and a commitment to delivering the highest quality of care
