QWA demonstrates expertise to map out business processes and compare to best practices to find efficiencies and new solutions for clients. We work with internal and external stakeholders, project teams, and subject matter experts (SME’s), providing leadership and holistic solutions for cross-functional business groups specializing in the Human Capital Management domain.</p><p>While the role is not required to have in-depth, hands-on technical expertise, although highly desirable, the role does require someone with a passion for technology and enhancing the user experience.  It is crucial that the person has a strong passion to learn and systematically absorb and document market intelligence of the tech ecosystem, and continue to grow their expertise. </p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p><strong>Customer Relationship Management </strong></p><ul><li>Act as the lead point of contact representing QuantumWork Advisory from project kick-off through closure.</li><li>Act as the key bridge to understand business requirements and build empathy with the user experience to identify the optimal technical and service design solution.</li></ul><p><strong>Research and Analysis </strong></p><ul><li>Develop a detailed understanding of the current process, operational design and technology challenges and define a clear and agreed problem statement.</li><li>Gain insight into client requirements and business needs.  Conduct on-site or virtual workshops with customers to validate requirements and gain consensus around project scope and plan.</li><li>Oversee and support data collection, analysis, and solution design phases.</li><li>Leveraging design thinking method and philosophy, understand and capture the needs of the customer through an outside-in lens</li><li>Conduct interviews and surveys, existing process maps and technology diagrams to </li><li>Work with the team to develop a journey map to understand pain points</li><li>Tenaciously question, challenge assumptions, and analyse information to diagnose the root of an issue, design optimal solutions, and assess short- and long-term impact of recommendations.</li></ul><p><strong>Service and Technology Design</strong></p><ul><li>Design and recommend solutions that improve the user experience.</li><li>Recommend either optimising current technologies or implementing new technologies across the talent acquisition cycle including ATS, CRM, Search and Match, AI and Automation, Scheduling and Marketing tools.</li><li>Leverage their excellent working knowledge of the talent cycle and recruitment processes and how they are best supporting by technology.</li><li>Build a clear technology strategy and roadmap.</li></ul><p><strong>Product Development</strong></p><ul><li>When not working on client projects contribute to the development of the Advisory Practice by developing playbooks, methodologies, and toolsets to ensure each project is seamless and as efficient as possible.</li><li>Proactively identify best practices form the market and work with leadership to meet and exceed these benchmarks</li></ul><p><strong>Market Analysis</strong></p><ul><li>Research and document industry trends & technologies</li><li>Provides consultation on technology best practices and trends</li></ul><p><strong>Project Management</strong></p><ul><li>Provide project leadership on advisory projects and manage resourcing and work allocation.</li></ul><p><strong>Commercial</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure each project meets profit margin targets.</li></ul><p><strong>Technology </strong></p><ul><li>The role is a key conduit between business needs and more technical requirements.
