Company: Stealth Mode Three Location: Remote Salary: USD $3 per hour Work Schedule: 6 days per week, 9-hour shifts including a 1-hour unpaid break Days Off: Either Saturday or Sunday Working Hours: US business hours Payment Frequency: Twice per month About the Role Stealth Mode Three is seeking a Sales & Customer Support Representative who can confidently engage with customers over the phone, build trust, answer questions, and guide customers toward making a purchase. This is a sales-focused position where success is measured by the ability to convert inquiries into sales while delivering an excellent customer experience. During quieter periods, the successful candidate will also assist with customer service and administrative tasks, including handling emails, live chats, and other support activities. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound customer calls and inquiries Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services Convert customer inquiries into successful sales Process customer orders accurately during calls Build rapport and maintain a professional customer experience Respond to customer emails and live chat inquiries Perform administrative and customer service tasks as required Maintain accurate customer records and notes Requirements Strong spoken English with a neutral or near-native English accent Previous experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or call center environments Proven ability to close sales and achieve targets Excellent communication and listening skills Comfortable working US business hours Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment Ability to multitask between calls, chats, and emails Strong customer-focused mindset Preferred Qualifications Experience handling inbound sales calls Experience with CRM systems and customer support tools Background in e-commerce, retail sales, or customer support What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is naturally persuasive, confident on the phone, and focused on helping customers find the right solution while driving sales.
