Senior Executive - Corporate Governance

<p><strong>[Contract Position] </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p>SINDA seeks a detail-oriented individual to support the governance, compliance, and risk functions, ensuring regulatory and policy compliance, and enhancing internal processes across key governance domains.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Support enterprise risk management activities, including regular reviews, tracking of actions, and preparation of reports for management and board committees. </li><li>Maintain and update governance documents such as SOPs, policies, and Memorandum of Understanding (MOUs) to ensure consistency, accuracy, and regulatory and compliance.</li><li>Liaise with the appointed internal auditors, follow up on audit findings, and monitor internal compliance across departments.</li><li>Coordinate and support meetings for board and sub-committees, including logistics, renewals, onboarding, and documentation.</li><li>Manage and track regulatory submissions and assist with corporate reporting requirements.</li><li>Support personal data protection efforts, including audits, training, and documentation processes.</li><li>Contribute to sustainability (ESG) reporting, policy development, and corporate content updates.</li><li>Support initiatives aimed at strengthening the organization's governance, including enhancing policy clarity, increasing process transparency, and adopting best practices.</li><li>Effectively communicate and provide advisory support to senior management on governance-related matters.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum Degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Accounting, Governance, Law, or related field.</li><li>Professional certification in governance (e.g., ICSA, CGQP), data protection (e.g., PDPA Practitioner Certification, CIPP/A), or accounting (ACCA, CA) is an advantage.</li><li>2–5 years of relevant experience in governance, audit, compliance, or data protection roles.</li><li>Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and governance practices is beneficial.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to manage stakeholders across various levels.</li><li>Possesses a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks independently.</li><li>Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple timelines and priorities independently. </li><li>Ability to adapt quickly and work in fast-paced environments.</li><li>Participate in Divisional and SINDA-wide events when required (Off in Lieu will be provided to compensate for approved overtime hours worked).</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Our Welfare</strong> </p><p>We aim to take care of your well-being. </p><p>We provide </p><ul><li>Flexible working hours </li><li>AWS/ Bonuses </li><li>Health insurance </li><li>Wellness programmes </li></ul><p><br></p><p>Interested candidates are invited to send their resumes with current and expected salary information. </p><p><br></p><p>Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
