Telecalling/BPO Associate: You will engage with customers through voice calls, assisting them with any queries or concerns they may have. You will need to understand customer issues, provide accurate information, and deal with all interactions in a professional and respectful manner.

Because it is a remote position, employees will be required to work from home with a reliable internet connection and a computer or laptop, depending on the company’s work setup. Training on Amazon’s systems, processes, and quality standards may be given to chosen candidates before they engage in live customer interactions.

Job Responsibility:

Your daily work may include, depending on your assigned process:

  • Answer incoming and outgoing calls from customers.

  • Update information in the company system as needed.

Salary & Benefits

The selected candidates will be paid a monthly salary of Rs.22,000 to Rs.35,000 depending on their qualification, interview and the process assigned.
