Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Admin Executive to manage administrative operations during the night shift. The role involves ensuring smooth facility operations, coordinating with security and housekeeping teams, supporting employees, and handling administrative documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage day-to-day administrative activities during the night shift.
  • Coordinate with security, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of office and production facilities.
  • Handle employee transport, accommodation, and other shift-related administrative requirements, if applicable.
  • Monitor attendance and maintain shift-related administrative records.
  • Coordinate with vendors for facility maintenance and emergency support.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies, housekeeping materials, and consumables.
  • Address employee administrative queries and escalate issues when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and statutory requirements.
  • Prepare daily shift reports and hand over pending activities to the day-shift administration team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 2-4 years of experience in administration or facility management
  • Required Skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently during the night shift.

Pay: ₹10,089.38 - ₹20,477.93 per month
