This role translates event strategy into flawless execution by managing booth assets and inventory, shipping/freight and labor, exhibitor services, promotional materials, and onsite readiness to deliver consistent, on-time, on-budget experiences. Working closely with the Senior Events & Industry Relations lead (strategy owner) and cross-functional partners (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal/Compliance), the Specialist standardizes processes, manages logistics vendors, tracks spend and documentation, and completes post-event closeout and asset reconciliation for scalable, compliant event delivery.</p><p></p><p>As a <b>Trade Show & Event Operations Specialist</b>, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
