Job Description: Contract Administrator

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Contract Administrator to join Syntax. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of document processing, ensuring compliance with company policies. This role involves reviewing and maintaining accurate document records, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely execution and renewal of contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review documents for accuracy and formatting.
  • Work with sales and finance teams to facilitate the execution of contracts in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information for document review.
  • Perform other duties as requested by the manager to support and achieve project milestone goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • College degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Office administration experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Proficiency in English.
