As a Remote Support Specialist 3 6P-RF, you will be responsible to</b>:</p><ul><li>Provide remote technical support to Customers and Customer Service Engineers servicing Siemens XP-RF equipment.</li><li>Dispatch notifications to CSE's and provide quality action plans</li><li>Use remote diagnostics to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues</li><li>Follow escalation process and communicate with Fleet Care/QIB to drive solutions.</li><li>Travel to assist with on-site repair of customer equipment as required. (internationally at times - Canada and Latin America)</li><li>Provide feedback to the factory regarding system performance</li><li>Position requires being part of the XP-RF standby rotation</li></ul><p></p><p><b>This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers:</b></p><ul><li>Provide product support either remotely or on-site.</li><li>You must be detail oriented. Military equivalent accepted.</li><li><b>+8 years service experience</b>, specifically on <b>Siemens radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment.
