Technical Governance Lead

Grow your career.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><ul><li>Lead and oversee complex technical projects across a multi-vendor SaaS ecosystem; develop roadmaps to technical enablement of the enterprise</li><li>Collaborate with operational and technical colleagues to document needs and translate business requirements to improved operational processes and developed IT solutions</li><li>Advise stakeholders on software and data projects; monitor their success</li><li>Oversee data governance efforts, including maturing the program and developing a broader culture of data stewardship</li><li>Serve as a data and reporting subject matter expert, communicating with leaders across the company about the insights and implications of enterprise data and information</li><li>Monitor and manage risks and issues; evaluate impacts on IT needs and resourcing</li><li>Facilitate operational and technical communication across the company to determine demand for the IT department and IT systems</li><li>Produce executive-level written communication to highlight project statuses, operational needs, key decisions, etc…</li><li>Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to departmental and enterprise performance; identify opportunities for improvement</li><li>Foster a culture of accountability, responsiveness, adaptability, and positive results</li><li>Mentor and guide a team of technical and operational stakeholders within project contexts and data governance efforts</li></ul><p></p><p><b>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:</b></p><ul><li>Self-starter, proactive, with the ability to pivot priorities</li><li>High standard of quality and commitment</li><li>Strong curiosity and a desire to dive into specifics across business functions</li><li>Data-minded individual who can adapt to and understand use cases (operational and technical) that may not be familiar; ability to develop KPIs or operating metrics</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication</li><li>Ability to work well with people across geographies, backgrounds, and skill sets</li><li>Ability to multitask across enterprise projects</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a highly virtual environment, with global colleagues</li><li>Ability to conduct ROI analysis and cost optimization activities</li><li>Strong technology skills and familiarity working across a range of software, including the ability to advise on use cases across functions and systems</li></ul><p>  </p><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree; MBA or equivalent masters degree preferred</li><li>10+ years of work experience in a strategy, business analysis, or project management roles</li><li>5+ years of work experience in the professional services and/or managed services industry</li><li>8+ years of work experience in the implementation or management of software products (ERP, CRM, PSA, etc.)</li><li>Experience managing multi-vendor SaaS ecosystems (Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365)</li><li>Strong understanding of data governance principles, compliance frameworks, and risk management</li><li>Experience with cloud security principles, compliance (GDPR, SOC 2), and identity management (preferred)</li><li>Experience managing stakeholders, competing business needs, and balancing business requirements within a project context and through normal demand control processes</li><li>Strong knowledge of varied business functions and their relationships</li><li>Demonstrable experience working closely with leadership positions</li><li>Proficient in project management methodologies and tools; Project management certification preferred</li></ul><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span class="emphasis"><b>Nordic is an equal opportunity employer.
