Job Summary: This job leads the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional finance transformation programs that support strategic initiatives and operational excellence across the organization. The role partners closely with finance, technology, product, and business leaders to drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs, ensuring alignment with business priorities, financial goals, and enterprise technology strategies. The Sr Manager develops program management standards, manages program execution, and delivers actionable insights to enable informed decision-making across finance and technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement program plans and budgets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party contractors.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Provide strategic guidance to project managers.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior project managers.
  • Program responsibilities are focused on the delivery of finance-owned or finance-supported initiatives, including finance transformation and technology-enabled programs, from strategy and design through implementation and operationalization.
  • Lead the planning and execution of complex finance transformation programs and strategic initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of finance programs involving process transformation, systems implementation, and operational improvements.
  • Develop and manage program plans including timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource requirements.
  • Partner closely with finance leadership, technology, product, data, risk, compliance, and operations teams to align program execution with strategic and operational objectives.
  • Translate finance business requirements into scalable program plans that incorporate technology solutions, systems integrations, and data capabilities.
  • Establish and maintain program governance, reporting frameworks, and program management standards to ensure successful execution.
  • Monitor program progress against objectives and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies across finance and technology workstreams.
  • Drive operational and process improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, and financial discipline across finance initiatives.
  • Develop program dashboards, metrics, and executive reporting to provide visibility into program health, financial impact, and key outcomes.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and strategic insights to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple projects to ensure alignment with program goals and enterprise priorities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in program management, finance operations, strategy, transformation, or related disciplines and a Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs, particularly those involving finance process redesign, systems implementation, or enterprise change initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of technology platforms, data systems, and system integration concepts, with the ability to effectively partner with engineering and technical teams.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in large, global organizations.
  • Strong program management skills, including planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across finance, product, technology, and operations teams.
