<p>About the job</p> <p>We are hiring a Scheduling and Customer Service Coordinator for a property maintenance services company in the property management/home services industry. This is a full-time remote role for a Michigan-based client. The role is focused on managing inbound service requests, scheduling and dispatching technicians, coordinating customer communications, preparing estimates, and handling invoicing.
