This will be following Onsite with flexibility work model.This dual product/project focused position leads the overall technical coordination of lower complexity product development activities and is accountable for the project management of technical risk and quality of the product up to and including early production. This position integrates the requirements of the many interdisciplinary and cross functional stakeholders of product development, often involving difficult decisions that impact cost and delivery without sacrifice to the quality expectations of the value package profile. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:The successful applicant will be responsible delivering medium to large engineering projects in the power generation space. This role requires a blend of electrical power engineering, control systems engineering, systems engineering, commissioning, mentoring and project/task management skills. This role will have no direct reports.This role requires travel both within Malaysia and occasional international travel. This typically involves travel to a Cummins or sub-supplier facility or to a construction site, and providing engineering expertise in the construction phase or witnessing or performance of testing/commissioning.
