Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a candidate who shall be responsible for the development, implementation, and deployment of CRM email communications for a large client. The candidate must have 2-4 years’ experience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and have experience creating HTML emails with Ampscript. Your SFMC knowledge must include Journeys, Automations, SQL, data extensions, and Analytics Builder. You are proactive, collaborative, and a good communicator who can build relationships. You consider yourself detail-oriented and always triple-check your work.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign execution and production
  • Lifecycle marketing (journeys and triggered emails)
  • Cloudpages and landing pages
  • Data segmentation and automation
  • Reporting and performance analysis
  • Stakeholder collaboration and project management
  • Technical and deliverability best practices

Qualifications

  • Experience with SFMC automations, SQL, and deployments.
  • Several years’ experience working with responsive HTML emails.
  • Proficient with an email testing tool (e.g., Litmus), able to fix common email issues.
  • Experience with the following is an asset: Sales Cloud reports, CloudPages, JIRA.
  • Proficient in Photoshop and other Adobe CS products.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • Comfortable creating and delivering presentations (e.g., performance reports).
  • Keen attention to details, able to complete tasks quickly and accurately.
  • Collaborative and able to work independently in a structured team.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment.
  • Passionate & self‑motivated, with a strong interest in learning and improvement.
  • 2-5 years’ experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Additional Information

Transparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is CAD $70,000 - CAD $90,000 per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
