Position Overview Match Retail is seeking energetic and results-driven Coffee Sales Advisors to represent Nespresso within Costco. As a Coffee Sales Advisor, you will engage with customers, highlight key product features, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment. If you are an outgoing and proactive individual with a passion for sales, this role is an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with customers, effectively communicate product benefits, and create a compelling shopping experience.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend suitable coffee machines to drive sales.
  • Work independently at the kiosk, ensuring an inviting and organized display.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently address customer inquiries.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
What We Offer
  • Program Duration: May 5th, 2026 – November 30th, 2026, with potential opportunities for future programs.
  • Hours: 32 hours per week; shifts from Thursday to Sunday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
  • Compensation: $25 per hour + sales incentives per machine sold.
  • Training: Paid online training (schedule to be confirmed).
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 6 months of retail sales experience , ideally with sales targets or incentives.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Comfortable initiating conversations, engaging customers, and closing sales.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-traffic, fast-paced retail setting.
  • Previous experience in Costco or retail sales is an asset.
  • Energetic, outgoing, and friendly personality.
  • Access to a vehicle is required.
  • Food Handler Certification required.
  • Full availability Thursday to Sunday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM .
