Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle claims, benefits, enrolment, member portal, ID cards, and other customer inquiries via phone
  • Work with customers to solve problems and provide exceptional service
  • Communicate effectively with customers in Japanese and English, using proper grammar, professional language, and clear communication skills
  • Navigate through multiple systems at a time to efficiently resolve customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Qualifications:

We're looking for two individuals who are bi-lingual and able to speak Japanese as their native language, with English as their second language. If you're a customer-focused individual with strong verbal and written communication skills, we want to hear from you!

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Excellent customer-focused competencies, with a strong service-oriented mindset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex messages over the phone
  • Ability to navigate through multiple systems at a time

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Call center experience
  • Healthcare industry experience
  • Medical background helpful
