We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Program Manager to lead and coordinate multiple projects aligned with business objectives. This role involves driving cross‑functional collaboration, ensuring timely delivery, managing risks, and delivering measurable outcomes across programs.Key Responsibilities
- Program Leadership & Governance: Define and maintain program governance structure, including steering committees and workstreams.
- Ensure adherence to corporate strategy, compliance, and ERP modernization objectives.

Location: Quebec. Compensation range: $104,000–$130,000.Benefits
- Full‑time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires), paid holidays, and eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
- Eligible for Supplemental Healthcare coverage and Company‑paid Employee Only basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage.
