<p>Position Overview </p> <p>Join our team as Product Manager, Content & Partnerships and lead the strategy, creation, and prioritization of educational content and care partnerships that empower family caregivers of people living with dementia. This role is central to how Cerestidelivers a personalized, highly engaging and effective program. </p> <p>You will own the product vision for Ceresti’s caregiver content and partner ecosystem. You will not produce content directly, but will oversee content production, prioritize what gets built, and ensure it works flawlessly across iOS, Android, smartphones, and tablets. You will package content into customizable programs, partner with engineering to build personalized care plans, and identify and integrate partners that meaningfully extend Ceresti’s offering. Together, we create solutions that make a lasting impact on the healthcare ecosystem, enabling more compassionate and cost-effective care for those who need it most. </p> <p>Responsibilities </p> <p>Product Ownership & Strategy </p> <ul><li>Own the product vision and roadmap for caregiver-facing content and care partnerships. </li></ul> <ul><li>Translate company goals around caregiver outcomes, engagement, and clinical quality into clear, prioritized product initiatives. </li></ul> <ul><li>Set the content strategy: what we build, how it is sequenced, and how it ladders up to caregiver outcomes and business goals. </li></ul> <ul><li>Identify and prioritize opportunities to apply AI and personalization to deliver the right content to the right caregiver at the right moment. </li></ul> <ul><li>Balance near-term execution with long-term thinking to support a continuously improving content and partner offering. </li></ul> <p>Content Strategy & Prioritization </p> <ul><li>Own the content roadmap: decide what content gets created, refreshed, or retired based on caregiver needs, engagement data, and clinical priorities. </li></ul> <ul><li>Oversee content production end-to-end, partnering with clinical, coaching, and content production teams to ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness. </li></ul> <ul><li>Define the standards for what “highly engaging” looks like across formats, and continuously raise the bar. </li></ul> <ul><li>Ensure content renders correctly and feels native across iOS, Android, smartphones, and tablets, working closely with engineering as needed. </li></ul> <p>Personalized Care Experience </p> <ul><li>Build personalized care plans that translate each family’s situation into an actionable plan supported by the right content and resources at the right time. </li></ul> <ul><li>Package content into customizable programs that flex to different caregiver journeys, diagnoses, stages, and preferences. </li></ul> <ul><li>Use AI and data-driven personalization to tailor the content experience while maintaining empathy and trust. </li></ul> <ul><li>Continuously measure and improve how personalization drives engagement, knowledge gain, and caregiver confidence. </li></ul> <p>Partnerships </p> <ul><li>Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-potential partnerships that meaningfully extend Ceresti’s offering and improve the caregiver experience. </li></ul> <ul><li>Own partner relationships from sourcing through integration, ensuring partnerships ladder back to a coherent caregiver experience. </li></ul> <ul><li>Partner with legal, clinical, operations, and engineering teams to scope integrations and launch new partnerships. </li></ul> <ul><li>Continuously evaluate the partner portfolio and prune or expand based on caregiver value and strategic fit. </li></ul> <p>Execution & Delivery </p> <ul><li>Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support efficient delivery by engineering and content teams. </li></ul> <ul><li>Work closely with engineering and design to scope, prioritize, and ship features that bring the content and partner roadmap to life. </li></ul> <ul><li>Use modern AI tools to accelerate product discovery, prototyping, requirements generation, and iteration while maintaining high standards for clarity, quality, and usability. </li></ul> <ul><li>Be hands-on and scrappy. Unblock teams, clarify decisions, and drive momentum when things get ambiguous. </li></ul> <p>Cross-Functional Collaboration </p> <ul><li>Collaborate deeply with clinical, coaching, operations, engineering, and design teams to ensure content and partner experiences align with real-world caregiver needs. </li></ul> <ul><li>Partner with data and analytics teams to define content, engagement, and personalization metrics, review insights, and incorporate learnings into product decisions. </li></ul> <ul><li>Communicate product plans, tradeoffs, and progress clearly to stakeholders and leadership. </li></ul> <p>Measurement & Continuous Improvement </p> <ul><li>Define, track, and own key content engagement, personalization, and partner-impact metrics. </li></ul> <ul><li>Use qualitative caregiver feedback, data analysis, and experimentation to inform decisions and iterate quickly. </li></ul> <ul><li>Contribute to improving product management practices, tools, and processes within the Product team. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications </p> <p>Education </p> <ul><li>BS/BA degree or higher. </li></ul> <p>Experience </p> <ul><li>3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or equivalent, ideally owning user-facing digital products or experiences. </li></ul> <ul><li>Experience building content-driven products, content management systems, or personalization systems. </li></ul> <ul><li>Experience overseeing content production, content strategy, or curated programs is a strong plus. </li></ul> <ul><li>Experience sourcing, evaluating, or integrating third-party partners is a plus. </li></ul> <ul><li>Experience shipping mobile experiences across iOS and Android, including phones and tablets, is a plus. </li></ul> <ul><li>Strong track record of working cross-functionally with engineering, design, clinical, and non-technical stakeholders. </li></ul> <ul><li>Experience translating user needs and business goals into shipped product features and user experiences. </li></ul> <ul><li>Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where scrappiness and ownership are required. </li></ul> <ul><li>Experience in healthcare or caregiving is a strong plus. </li></ul> <p>Skills </p> <ul><li>Strong product judgment with a user-centered mindset. </li></ul> <ul><li>Strong content sensibility.
