As a Principal UX Product Designer, you will be responsible for driving and implementing AI design strategy across our most complex, AI-first, applications and problem spaces by partnering with design teams, product stakeholders, and senior leadership. You will work at the intersection of user experience, product strategy, and applied AI, translating complex model capabilities into intuitive, trustworthy, and high-impact workflows. Throughout the product lifecycle you will work collaboratively across design, engineering, product management, data science, and senior leadership.

While delivering bar-raising experiences, you inherently look for ways to make complex experiences feel easy and intuitive, ensuring our customers are empowered to confidently move seamlessly between tasks. You comfortably make – and defend – decisions while creating cutting-edge user experiences in an agile environment.

About the Role
In this role as Principal UX Product Designer, you will:
  • Lead the end-to-end design of AI-powered experiences across multiple product lines, including agentic workflows, generative interactions, and human-in-the-loop systems
