This role serves as a critical business partner by providing analysis, insight and guidance to program leadership in order to enable strategic decisions leading to program execution and fiduciary success. This amazing portfolio includes ongoing implementation of a handful of unique DCS contract types, at various phases in the program life cycle, and therefore the ideal candidate must be able to prioritize and allocate resources in a challenging, deadline driven environment. In addition, professional and effective communication skills are required due to the frequent interaction with program, product line and functional leadership.<br/><br/>The candidate will be responsible for managing the financial performance of ICP contracts containing CPPC contracts. This position requires proactive leadership and interaction with Program Area Directors, Program Managers, and customer representatives from finance and contracts teams to ensure alignment regarding strategy, operating and financial objectives. The candidate's responsibilities include the day-to-day execution of the program, managing all aspects of Earned Value and Estimate at Completion (EAC). The selected candidate must be able to work under deadlines and constraints as well as have the ability to multitask across program requirements. This position requires the ability to provide top level program planning and control guidance as well as the ability to summarize, package, and present information to all levels of management.<br/><br/><b>What You Will Do</b><br/><ul><li>Establish and maintain the overall baseline that is compliant with the program instruction, internal EVM policy and 10255</li><li>Prepare detailed CDRLs</li><li>Coordinate development of Estimates at Complete</li><li>Implement and track Budget Change Request (BCRs)</li><li>Provide thorough cost and schedule analysis</li><li>Prepare finance charts for Program Management Reviews, monthly operating reviews, financial overviews and other reporting activities as required</li><li>Utilize and share knowledge of the RTN Earned Value Management system process 10255 policy within the program team</li><li>Coordinate the development of manpower reports to support staffing demand reviews including working with cross function leads to identify gaps and plans to closure</li><li>Provide Contract Funding Analysis</li></ul><br/><br/><b>Qualifications You Must Have</b><br/><ul><li>Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related field and a minimum of 5 years finance related working experience; OR an Advanced degree and 3 years finance related working experience</li><li>Experience with Earned Value (EV)</li><li>Experience with Program Controls (Cost/Schedule), and/or Estimate at Completion (EAC) Process</li><li>Experience SAP APEX EV, Rplan, BW, PMX and/or Edit+</li></ul><br/><br/><b>Qualification We Prefer</b><br/><ul><li>Proficient with Microsoft Suite of tools (Excel, Power Point, Word)</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet critical deadlines and prioritize workload</li><li>Must be independent and self-motivated and be able to complete tasks in a fast-paced work environment</li><li>Excellent analytical skills and problem solving abilities</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li></ul><br/><br/><b>What We Offer</b><br/><br/>Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
