Principal Data Scientist, Analytics

We are seeking a seasoned Principal Data Scientist specializing in Analytics to join our Data Science team at Kajabi. In this high-impact role, you will own and optimize our end-to-end data ecosystem to drive proactive insights and strategic recommendations across various functions, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Operations. You’ll play a critical role in achieving Kajabi’s key objectives, such as growth, engagement, and revenue maximization, by designing data-driven models and frameworks that align with our overarching company goals.

The Impact you will make

Data Strategy and Insights: Develop a deep understanding of Kajabi’s data landscape to identify opportunities for analytics-driven improvements. Deliver actionable recommendations to stakeholders across multiple teams to support company-wide objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, and Operations to define and track metrics that directly impact Kajabi’s OKRs related to user growth, engagement, and revenue.
Advanced Modeling and Analytics: Leverage advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to build models for forecasting, ROI analysis, performance marketing, customer lifetime value (LTV), and recommendation systems. Optimize these models to ensure their relevance and accuracy in driving business outcomes.
Business Impact Analysis: Analyze and communicate how key initiatives influence Kajabi’s top-line and bottom-line metrics, providing data-backed recommendations that support company growth.
