You are the person in the trenches  building campaigns, testing audiences, rotating creatives, and squeezing every dollar of budget toward one outcome: First-Time Depositors.This is an early-career role designed for someone who has gotten their hands dirty running real campaigns  not just observing them  and is ready to own a channel with clear accountability. You are hungry, detail-oriented, and you find genuine satisfaction in watching a well-structured campaign outperform expectations.</p> <h2><strong>Core Responsibilities<br></strong><strong style="font-size: 14px;">Campaign Management</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, and other relevant paid social platforms.</li> <li>Own campaign structure end-to-end: audience segmentation, ad sets, bid strategies, budget pacing, and creative rotation.</li> <li>Monitor campaign performance daily and make optimization decisions with speed and precision  bids, budgets, audiences, and creative swaps.</li> <li>Ensure campaigns are always pacing correctly against budget and FTD targets; flag deviations early and act on them.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Testing & Optimization</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Run structured A/B tests on audiences, creatives, copy, and landing pages  with clear hypotheses and documented results.</li> <li>Maintain a testing calendar to ensure continuous experimentation without sacrificing performance stability.</li> <li>Identify underperforming segments and reallocate budget toward what works, fast.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Creative & Collaboration</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Brief the Brand & Creative team on ad creative needs based on performance data  you know what the platforms need and what's converting.</li> <li>Give precise, data-backed feedback on creative iterations: not "this doesn't work" but "this audience responded 40% better to this format."</li> <li>Collaborate with the SEO & Web Acquisition Analyst to ensure paid traffic lands on optimized, high-converting pages.</li> <li>Work with the BI Lead to validate conversion tracking and ensure FTD attribution is accurate across all platforms.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Reporting</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Report on paid media performance weekly: FTDs, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and spend pacing by platform and campaign.</li> <li>Surface insights proactively  anomalies, trends, and opportunities  without waiting to be asked.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Requirements</strong></h2> <ul> <li>2–4 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, ideally in a B2C or performance-focused environment.</li> <li>Direct, working experience with at least two of the following platforms: Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads, Reddit Ads.</li> <li>Understanding of core campaign mechanics: campaign structures, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative formats per platform.</li> <li>Basic analytical skills: able to read performance data, identify patterns, and translate them into optimization actions.</li> <li>Attention to detail  small errors in campaign setup cost real money and you know it.</li> <li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift and speed matters.</li> </ul>
