Responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth by identifying, engaging and qualifying corporate prospects across a designated North American territory
  • Manage and grow a whitespace territory by proactively identifying and engaging prospective customers across the United States and Canada
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, social selling and digital channels to generate qualified sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with Solution Specialists, Industry Sector leaders and internal stakeholders to support pre-sales activities and progress opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of outreach activity, prospect engagement and pipeline updates within Salesforce
  • Leverage sales enablement technologies and generative AI tools to enhance productivity, improve targeting and uncover new opportunities
  • Participate in ongoing sales, product and industry training to build expertise and improve individual performance
  • Communicate regularly with management regarding outreach activity, pipeline health and territory strategy to support team objectives
  • Contribute to a high-performance, fast-paced sales environment by managing multiple opportunities and maintaining strong accountability

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record in new business development and solution-based selling
  • Strong ability to identify customer challenges and articulate value-driven solutions to diverse stakeholders
  • Experience using customer relationship management platforms, particularly Salesforce, with strong pipeline management and forecasting capabilities
  • Proficiency with modern sales tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach and/or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication, organization and time management skills with the ability to manage high-volume prospecting activity
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams to advance opportunities
  • Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges.
  • Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
