Key Account Store Operations Specialist

Too Good To Go is a social impact company dedicated to fighting food waste. The Key Account Store Operations Specialist will support key accounts by analyzing store performance, ensuring positive customer experiences, and collaborating with the Key Accounts team to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

  • Analysis of store performance to guide daily actions and priorities
  • Offering ongoing support to stores to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Continuously engaging with stores to ensure ongoing optimization and impact
  • Developing store level engagement plans to grow and retain partnership
  • Working collaboratively with the Key Accounts team to achieve targets and goals
