International Social Analytics & Listening Associate [Remote]

<p> International Social Analytics & Listening Associate (External Agency Staff)<br /> The International Social Analytics and Listening Associate will be key in measuring the social presence of the NFL on a global scale. This position will be responsible for benchmarking / KPI setting, measurement, reporting, and insights work across all markets. We are looking for an individual who understands social platforms, content strategy, and data in combination with a passion for growing the NFL's social presence internationally.<br /> This is a contract opportunity offering a weekly salary, requiring on-site presence five days per week.<br /> <br /> Responsibilities:<br /> • Work with market leads and international market to set specific benchmarks and KPIs across social platforms<br /> • Analyze social listening data to show themes, engagement, interest levels, sentiment, and topics of conversation across priority markets<br /> • Collaborate with the larger social analytics team to take global learnings and distribute / implement them with international markets<br /> • Set up measurement strategy for emerging platforms and / or platforms with a majority international user base<br /> • Design, create, and distribute reporting for priority markets and total international social activity<br /> • Liaise with social platforms for improved data and / or new metrics, specifically around isolating international user bases<br /> • Assist in measurement of international influencer ecosystem<br /> • Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover highest performing content both internationally and by target market<br /> • Contribute to overall reporting with international social listening, consumption, and engagement data round NFL tentpole events (Super Bowl, Pro Bowl Games, Draft, Combine, etc)<br /> Required Qualifications:<br /> • Strong understanding of the social media landscape on a global scale<br /> • Extensive experience with social media measurement of large media, entertainment, and / or sports brands<br /> • Deep knowledge of the NFL, its players, clubs, and overall history of the league<br /> • Excellent communicator (both verbal and written) with the ability to story-tell using data and explain complex concepts in a digestible fashion<br /> • 10+ years' of experience working in a social-focused data role<br /> Preferred Qualifications:<br /> • Bachelor's degree preferred<br /> Other Key Attributes / Talent Characteristics:<br /> • Comfortable working in an always-on setting while communicating daily across several global time zones<br /> • Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and travel globally for business at any time<br /> Travel:<br /> 10-20%<br /> Terms /Expected Hours of Work:<br /> This job posting is for a position with one of the NFL's third-party agency partners that provides services to the NFL.
