This structure allows our teams to stay close to customer needs while operating with the scale and support of a global software company.</p> <p> </p> <p>Process Manufacturing is hiring for an Inside Sales Representative, to extend our customer reach across the printing industry within the Small to Medium sized Business market. These reps are responsible for maintaining a routine call frequency into their prospect and customer bases to establish and strengthen trustworthy relationships with decision-makers and business owners. Reps must be able to provide high-value-add to our customer base by selling Graphic Communications’ Print MIS and Web-to-Print solutions and services to extend product life cycles, provide additional product functionality and benefits, advance the desired state of customer workflows while constantly challenging executives to make additional improvements to their business.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Position Duties</strong></p> <ul> <li>Consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales targets as an individual contributor</li> <li>Own the full sales cycle, from lead qualification through contract close</li> <li>Develop and execute account strategies to drive growth across assigned territory</li> <li>Establish and maintain long-term, trusted advisor relationships with new and existing clients</li> <li>Partner with sales and marketing teams to uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts</li> <li>Research target companies and decision-makers to generate and qualify new sales opportunities</li> <li>Deliver compelling, value-focused product demonstrations to prospective users</li> <li>Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions within approval guidelines to maximize deal value</li> <li>Leverage Salesforce.com and other sales tools to provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to leadership</li> </ul> <p><strong>Position Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>3–5 years of software or technology sales experience</li> <li>Solid understanding of enterprise business systems (e.g., MIS, ERP, MES)</li> <li>Ability to maintain a strong external outboud phone call and email outreach </li> <li>Strong consultative selling skills and sound business acumen</li> <li>Proven ability to manage a high volume of transactions while maintaining productivity</li> <li>Exceptional presentation, communication, and customer engagement skills</li> <li>Experience working independently and collaboratively across teams in a remote environment</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>CAI Software is an “EEO/Veterans/Disabled employer.”</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Equal Employment Opportunity</strong></p> <p><strong>CAI Software<span> </span></strong>is an Equal Opportunity employer.
