In this role, you will own the configuration, optimization, and day-to-day operation of our HubSpot instance, embedding directly with our enrollment specialists and operations team to remove friction, improve visibility, and accelerate outreach. You will translate frontline feedback into concrete CRM improvements: streamlined navigation, smarter lead distribution, integrated dialer workflows, personalized email templates, and the automation needed to help our enrollment team scale.
