Experience implementing or configuring <strong>Oracle HCM</strong> Time and Labor (OTL) or Absence Management is a plus.</p></div><h2>Your Impact</h2><div><ul><li>Implement, configure, troubleshoot, and support Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR, including Journeys, Redwood, Wellness, Approvals, Security and Reporting.</li><li>Serve as the liaison between the HRIS Manager and the Core HR project team. Works collaboratively with functional users, technical resources, and vendors to deliver best-in-class configuration and processes. Communicates and escalates implementation issues, risks, or blockers to HRIS Manager.</li><li>Partner with the Core HR project team to identify opportunities for automation and reduction of manual processes. Proactively analyzes HR processes and makes ongoing recommendations for process enhancements and improvements throughout implementation.</li><li>Assist with training and knowledge transfer of Oracle HCM concepts, configurations, and processes to the Core HR project team.</li><li>Partner with the Core HR project and technical teams to complete report lean specifications and mapping templates. Assist with report testing.</li><li>Support integrations design, testing and maintenance.</li><li>Partner with change management partners and the Core HR project team to deliver updated process documentation, job aides, and training content for HR, employees, and managers.</li><li>Participates in all aspects of HRIS project related work including tracking, identifying, monitoring, and communicating issues, risks and change impacts.</li><li>Performs root cause analysis to troubleshoot end user and system issues including error messages, login difficulties, data issues, integration and reporting issues, and process failures. Ensure proper triage, escalation, and effective resolution of inquiries.</li><li>Maintains foundational data (e.g., departments, locations) and system configurations.</li><li>Takes a continuous improvement approach to maintaining and improving data quality in HR systems.
