About Our Video Interview (Important Disclosure)

Our hiring process includes a short video interview through EmployJoy.ai and Hireflix. AI helps score your answers on job-related factors only — like coachability, attitude toward cleaning, and fit with the job. Scoring is based solely on the text of your answers, never your age, name, image, sex, zip code, race, nationality, sexual orientation, or religion. A human recruiter reviews every score. AI assists, humans decide.

  • To opt out of AI scoring, reply to the interview invitation email: "I do not consent to AI scoring." A human will score your interview instead.
