Experienced Wix Studio Developer to Complete Existing Website (Long-Term Opportunity)

# Wix Studio Website Completion & Launch (Phase 1)

**About TradeWorks Memphis

TradeWorks Memphis is a growing residential and commercial repair, maintenance, and installation company serving the Greater Memphis area. Our mission is to provide fast, reliable, and professional service to homeowners, businesses, and property managers.

Our brand promise is simple:

**Fast • Reliable • Professional**

We've already invested significant time developing our website in Wix Studio. The branding, page layouts, navigation framework, and much of the content have been completed. We're now looking for the right development partner to help us finish the website and prepare it for launch.

## Project Overview

**This is NOT a website redesign.**

We are seeking an experienced Wix Studio developer to complete the implementation of our existing website, improve the customer experience, optimize performance, and prepare the site for public launch.

A detailed **Project Scope, Requirements & Innovation Proposal** is attached. Please review it before submitting your proposal.

We recognize there are multiple ways to successfully complete this project and welcome thoughtful recommendations that improve quality, reduce long-term costs, or better position the website for future growth while respecting our established vision.

## Who We're Looking For

We're looking for more than someone who can complete a checklist—we're looking for a long-term technology partner.

The ideal developer will:

* Have extensive experience with Wix Studio

* Build clean, responsive, professional websites

* Think strategically and offer practical recommendations

* Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience

* Recommend ways to simplify implementation and reduce long-term maintenance costs

* Design with future scalability in mind

* Communicate proactively throughout the project

* Be interested in supporting future phases of the TradeWorks digital roadmap

Experience with contractor, construction, home service, or field service websites is preferred but not required.

## Our Selection Process

To ensure fair and accurate proposals, we will use a two-stage selection process.

### Stage 1 – Initial Proposal

Please submit:

* A brief introduction

* Your Wix Studio experience

* Links to relevant Wix Studio projects

* Examples of contractor or service-based websites (if available)

* Your estimated timeline for completing Phase 1

* Your preferred approach for providing ongoing support after launch (maintenance plan, retainer, fixed-price enhancements, hourly support, etc.)

### Stage 2 – Finalist Evaluation

A small number of qualified candidates will be invited to continue in the final evaluation process.

Finalists may be asked to:

* Review the existing Wix Studio website

* Participate in a virtual interview

* Submit a final fixed-price proposal based on their review of the website

* Provide a brief Value Engineering & Recommendations Summary identifying opportunities to improve the website, simplify implementation, reduce long-term maintenance costs, improve scalability, and prepare the website for future FieldPulse integration

## Long-Term Opportunity

This project represents **Phase 1** of a larger digital roadmap.

Future phases are expected to include:

* FieldPulse integration

* Customer portal development

* Workflow automation

* Contractor onboarding portal

* Additional website enhancements

* Ongoing maintenance and support

Our objective is to establish a long-term relationship with a trusted technology partner who can help TradeWorks Memphis continue to grow and evolve.

**Please begin your proposal with the words "TradeWorks Launch" to confirm that you have reviewed both this posting and the attached Project Scope, Requirements & Innovation Proposal.**

The budget shown is an estimated project budget. Finalists will be invited to review the existing Wix Studio website before submitting a final fixed-price proposal.
