**Key Responsibilities**

As a Virtual Customer Service/Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Reaching out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer, and scheduling Zoom meetings to discuss their options
  • Customizing new benefit plans and adjusting existing plans to fit the current needs of each client
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, providing attentive customer service and administrative support as needed
  • Performing benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as helping with any necessary claims or adjustments
  • Responding to and resolving client questions and concerns regarding their benefits
  • Ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete, and performing any necessary updates on schedule

**Essential Qualifications**
