**Responsibilities**

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through:

  • Inbound and outbound calls, with a focus on resolving customer inquiries and concerns

**Requirements**

To succeed as a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll need:

  • A dedicated, private, and secure workspace, with a personal device and functioning camera
  • A minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s, with a hard-wired ethernet connection
  • Cable or fiber broadband internet, with a hard-wired ethernet connection (mobile internet service providers and satellite internet are not compatible)
