**Job Summary**

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will respond to customer inquiries via telephone, providing problem resolution and support in accordance with our organization's service standards. You will receive and place telephone calls, answer customer questions, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner. Your role will involve maintaining detailed knowledge of our products and services, analyzing customer needs, and communicating with technical and service departments as required.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Resolve basic payment and account-related requests, including card activations, payments, and name and address updates
  • Provide standardized responses using client-provided systems and established documentation
  • Enter required data into client-provided systems and databases
  • Determine basic reasons for customer issues using a client-provided decision tree and escalate unresolved issues to more experienced representatives or designated departments
  • Build base knowledge and familiarization of products, policies, and procedures for a limited number of clients
  • Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as a 24/7 Call Center representative
  • Be available to work all shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Be on camera during work hours

**Requirements**

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 6 months minimum call center experience, either remote or onsite

**Desired Skills and Capabilities**

  • Acquires and applies job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks
  • Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision-making outside of stated processes
  • Recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice and has little or no role in decision-making

  • Works under close supervision
